As part of Property Alert Protect, we may integrate with additional third-party providers in the future. Any third-party integrations will adhere to our data-sharing principles, and personal data will only be shared as necessary to support the monitoring service.
Below are the third-party providers we currently work with:
HM Land Registry. Where your transaction involves registered land, tsuro submits searches, applications and registrations to HM Land Registry electronically on behalf of your law firm, including documents signed with qualified electronic signatures or conveyancer certified electronic signatures. The details needed for those searches, applications and registrations are shared with HM Land Registry for that purpose. HM Land Registry's personal information charter explains how it handles personal information.
LMS and Lender Exchange. Where your transaction involves a mortgage, tsuro exchanges information with LMS and Lender Exchange, the panel management services used by mortgage lenders, so that your law firm's panel membership can be confirmed and your mortgage offer and related lender requirements can be received directly into your matter. The details needed for those purposes, including your name and the property, are shared with them and with your mortgage lender. You can find the LMS privacy policy here; Lender Exchange is operated by Decision First and publishes its privacy information on its own website.
InfoTrack. tsuro orders property searches and digital forms through InfoTrack on behalf of your law firm and receives the results into your matter. The property and party details needed to order those searches and complete those forms are shared with InfoTrack. You can find the InfoTrack privacy policy here.
Property Transaction Data (PT Data). tsuro obtains title, property and market data for your matter from Property Transaction Data, and the property and party details needed to retrieve that data are shared with them. You can find the Property Transaction Data privacy policy here.
Yapily Open Banking. Where you choose to pay through tsuro or to verify your source of funds electronically, we use Open Banking services provided by Yapily, a provider authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. With your explicit consent, Yapily connects to your bank to initiate a payment or to retrieve the account and transaction information needed to complete source of funds checks. We only receive the information necessary for these purposes, we do not see or store your online banking credentials, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. You can find the Yapily privacy policy here.
Yoti identity verification. tsuro integrates with Yoti, a secure identity and address verification, anti-money laundering check and electronic signature provider, to facilitate your onboarding and transaction with your solicitor. You can find the Yoti privacy policy here. As part of this integration, we share your personal information with Yoti to verify your identity and address, to carry out anti-money laundering checks and to capture your e-signature. Your data, including the verification report, will be securely processed and shared with your solicitor in compliance with GDPR standards. You have the right to manage your consent and data handling preferences directly. If you do not wish to proceed with identity verification via Yoti, please contact your solicitor.
Stripe payment processing. tsuro uses Stripe as a secure payment processor to handle payments made through tsuro, including subscription payments for the Property Alert Protect service. When you provide your payment details, they are securely stored and processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy and security standards. tsuro does not store or have access to your complete payment information. Your contact information will automatically be shared with Arnold and Baldwin, who may contact you by telephone, email and SMS to arrange your survey for this purpose unless you opt out during the transaction process or by contacting support@tsurolabs.co.uk. Opting out will not affect other aspects of your tsuro account. You can find their privacy policy here.
Safe and Secure Home Insurance. As part of your tsuro account, tsuro collaborates with Safe and Secure to offer home insurance products relevant to your property transaction. Home insurance is typically a requirement when purchasing a property, particularly where a mortgage is involved, and failure to have appropriate cover in place may lead to delays in your transaction or completion. Where you provide your consent, we will share your contact information with Safe and Secure so they can provide you with quotes and arrange suitable home insurance cover. Safe and Secure may contact you via telephone, email and SMS for this purpose. You can opt in or withdraw your consent to be contacted by Safe and Secure at any time during the transaction process or by contacting us at support@tsurolabs.co.uk prior to your data being shared.
