Insights for law firms choosing and running legal software
Insights for law firms from the tsuro team: evergreen guidance on choosing, changing and getting more from your legal software. Each article is written to be useful whichever system you use today.
What this section is for
Choosing and running legal software is a practical job, usually done by people who already have a full caseload. Partners, practice managers, COLPs and team leaders are asked to compare systems, plan a move or decide how far to trust AI, often with little time and a lot of sales material to read. We write these articles to help with that work.
Each one sets out how a decision tends to go well: what to write down first, which questions separate one approach from another, and where the common problems lie. The guidance is general and evergreen. It does not depend on which system you use, and where regulation comes up we describe what firms generally do and point you to the current guidance rather than summarising it.
Every article ends with a short note on where tsuro fits, so you can see how we approach the same questions. If you want the detail, our platform overview covers every stage of a matter, our page on legal case management software explains the core of the system, and our compare and switching pages set out how a move to tsuro is planned.
We add new articles as firms ask us new questions. If there is a subject you would like us to cover, email us at hello@tsurolabs.co.uk.
