FAQ

Questions firms ask

The questions law firms ask us most often about tsuro, answered plainly. If yours is not here, email us or book a demo and we will answer it there.

Platform, AI, data and pricing.

For more detail, see the integrations tsuro connects to, how we approach security and AI governance, and how we plan a switch from your current system.

Which practice areas does tsuro support?

Conveyancing, private client, family, litigation and commercial. Workflows are configurable, so each team gets stages, templates and tasks that fit the way it works.

Does the AI act without a lawyer's approval?

No. tsuro's AI drafts, reviews and prepares work, and your fee earners approve it. That keeps professional judgement with your people and gives your COLP a clear record of how AI is used.

How is our data kept secure?

tsuro is built on Microsoft's enterprise cloud, with role-based access and a full audit trail. We will take you through hosting, security and data protection in detail during your demo.

Can we bring our existing data with us?

Yes. We plan the migration with you, bring client and matter data across, and check it before go-live.

Does it work with our conveyancing suppliers?

tsuro connects with HM Land Registry, LMS and Lender Exchange, InfoTrack, PT Data and Open Banking through Yapily, so results arrive in the matter automatically.

How long does it take to go live?

It depends on your firm's size and practice mix. We agree a phased plan at the start, so you know the timeline before you commit.

How is tsuro priced?

Pricing reflects the size of your firm and the modules you use. Book a demo and we will give you a clear, written quote.
